The Cardone Group was founded in 1994 by Scott Morgan and Grant Cardone. We currently serve hundreds of retail automotive dealerships and automobile manufacturers with sales and marketing strategies designed to maximize traffic opportunities, market share and increase dealership profits. Based on the truth that today’s business environment requires a customer-focused, aggressive sales and marketing approach, The Cardone Group has developed and perfected advertising, technology and training strategies based on the proven successful tenets of Information Based Selling.
Scott Morgan, President
Scott has over 21 years of automotive experience starting his retail automotive career as a sales person and evolving into a General Manager / Owner.
To provide ongoing training in dealerships, Scott founded The Cardone Group, located in Orlando, Florida. The Cardone Group’s technology and Information Based Selling processes challenge traditional selling processes, because The Cardone Group’s approach is more effective for the difficult realities dealerships face in the 21st century.
Through Scott’s direction, The Cardone Group has consistently partnered with dealerships (and manufacturers) across North America to implement technologies and processes which produce tangible bottom line results that show up on dealership’s financial statements:

Grant has been speaking to audiences for over twenty years about how to improve themselves, their businesses and their practices. Hundreds of thousands of people have attended his seminars and used his approaches and business philosophies to improve their lives, their incomes and their businesses.
After Grant completed his degree is in accounting (no kidding!), Grant committed himself to becoming a master in the art of selling. He kept records of every customer interaction, compiling thousands of records, and formulated a revolutionary sales approach that moved Grant to the top 1% of all automotive sales in the US…in 12 months!
Within a few years, Grant had become a highly sought-after international Sales and Motivational Speaker. Companies all over the world now use Grant’s pioneering developments and contributions, which have been coined "Information Based Selling", an aggressive non-confrontational selling approach.
Grant is an author of two books, and a veteran of hundreds of appearances on television, radio and internet broadcasts and publications. He has expanded his influence into real estate teaching seminars using the same strategies that he developed in the automotive industry. As always, Grant put his own strategies to the test before bringing them to market, amassing a real estate portfolio that exceeds $120,000,000.
In addition to his business efforts, Grant is deeply involved in a number of philanthropic efforts, with a mission and passion to live a life that is fully ethical while helping others create exceptional lives that are filled with abundance. Grant lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife, actress Elena Lyons-Cardone.

Derek Simonds, National Sales Manager
Derek has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years. He leads The Cardone Group in bringing innovative strategies, technologies and solutions to dealerships and manufacturers in the United States and Canada.
Derek lives in Deland, Florida with his wife, Tracy, and their children Derek, Jr. and Delaney.

Steve Gardner, Director of Training
Steve is a 22-year veteran of the automotive industry. He joined The Cardone Group in 1997. In addition to coordinating all of the in-dealership training for The Cardone Group, Steve is the trainer/facilitator of The Cardone Institute, an intensive four-day management school held in Orlando, FL.
Steve makes his home in Zellwood, Florida with his wife Cheryl and their children Spencer, Austin, Morgan, Rose and Malachi.
